Here you will have a science-based and research proven program designed specifically for you with the structure to follow each workout to achieve amazing results over an eight week period. 

You'll no longer be concerned whether you're doing the right exercises, or the right number of reps or sets. You can have full confidence in what you're doing to achieve consistent progress.

What's involved...

First up. A Live Coaching Call

We'll go through a specific process to get super clear on your goals

Then strategy plan in setting out the best 8 week training program for you

And will also discuss strategies for overcoming any current challenges or expected future obstacles.

Second. Your Training Program

Within a few days you'll receive your very own eight-week training program. It will be science-based and research proven to deliver results.

It will be designed according to the variables of your lifestyle, skill, and equipment available.

Whilst this plan doesn't include the daily feedback from your trainer, you still have email support direct with Stephen.

Then. After The Eight Weeks

You will have another live personal session to discuss the results and challenges throughout the past eight weeks, and to strategise the next eight in relation to your specific goals.
