Personal coaching and live training sessions create the ultimate accountability for you to achieve success. 

You will receive all the Advanced PT programming and support, while engaging in weekly live workout or coaching sessions to keep you focussed and motivated.

$260 MONTHLY

If you find consistency with workouts to be a bit of a struggle, this is the solution for you. Or, if you would benefit from either extra motivation, accountability, or technical assessment in your training. 

Creating a consistent workout routine is hard! Which is why most people struggle achieve it. 

Here you'll have Stephen with you every step of the way throughout your program. 
Rather than just once each month, you'll have one-on-one live sessions every single week to receive the support, accountability, and strategies to be able to achieve the results you desire whilst accommodating your lifestyle. These sessions can be used either as live workout sessions, or as coaching sessions with Stephen.

What's involved...

First up. A Live Coaching Call

We'll go through a specific process to get super clear on your goals,
and strategise and plan the very best workout strategy and programming for you, based on your goals and lifestyle.

There's no 'cookie cutter' program here, the programming and strategy will be designed completely for you. 

Second. Your Training Program:

Depending on whether your plan includes live workouts or not, you'll receiver your own tailored program along side. Your four week training program will be science-based and research proven to deliver results.

It will be designed according to the variables of your lifestyle, skill, and equipment available.

This is an interactive program that includes self-reviews of each workout. You will receive daily feedback from Stephen for each review written.

​

Third. Your Weekly Coaching & Support

This will be a live video call weekly, at a time that works for you, and can be a practical training session or a coaching session depending on what we strategise together in the initial planning session.

Then. At the end of each month

We will assess the progress achieved, and you'll receive your next tailored program.
