This system involves much more accountability and support than just receiving a great program. 

As well as having your own science-based and research proven program specifically designed to your skills, lifestyle, and goals, you will also be in contact with your trainer throughout the duration of your program. This will be via live one-on-one coaching sessions, videos, and daily comments and feedback on your program. 

It's like having a personal trainer every workout providing you with all the accountability and support but leaving you to enjoy your workout on your own, free of distraction, and without the price tag.

What's involved...

First up. A Live Coaching Call

We'll go through a specific process to get super clear on your goals
Then strategy plan in setting out the best 8 week training program for you
And will also discuss strategies for overcoming any current challenges or expected future obstacles.

Second. Your Training Program

A new personalised program every four weeks to maintain maximum focus.

Each program will be science-based and research proven to deliver results.

It will be designed according to the variables of your lifestyle, skill, and equipment available.

This is an interactive program that includes self-reviews of each workout. You will receive daily feedback from Stephen for each review written.

Third. Your Weekly Coaching & Support

On top of the daily feedback, at the end of each week you will receive a personal coaching video from Stephen providing you with strategies to any challenges outlined during the week, or more detailed responses or answers to any questions you may have had.

For coaching to specific exercises, you can simply shoot a video of you performing them, send it in, and you'll receive feedback on what you're doing well and what to focus on in order to improve further.

Then. At the end of each month

We'll have another live personal session to discuss the results and challenges throughout the past weeks, and to strategise the next month in relation to your specific goals.
